My Story - Hey Jules!

I have always enjoyed creating beautiful things!  I followed a design route throughout my education, and studied Graphic Design in Bristol, yet with all the hard edge typography and graphics I was producing, I still managed to weave in something handmade!

My own wedding gave me the perfect chance to start exploring all things bridal.  I fell immediately in love with pearls, sparkle and lace, fine beading and embellishment.  So once I had completed a jewellery course I knew  that this was the way forward for me.

HEY JULES! was launched in November 2012, and the Boutique and Bridal collection followed in April 2013 and I'm delighted that the business continues to grow. As well as stocking local retailers, I have had the pleasure of designing many beautiful pieces, that have become valued timeless treasures.  I feel genuinely honoured to be designing those finishing touches for brides, and I love nothing more than seeing the wedding photographs to see how my creations became part of their wedding story.

I have a beautiful light and airy studio in Bideford, Devon which houses my collection and is also the perfect space for welcoming brides coming to try on pieces and discussing ideas for their wedding day accessories.  I also offer consultations through email for those further away.

Hey Jules! accessories are carefully and individually hand crafted, using fine techniques.  They are made with quality materials including Swarovski crystals and pearls, sparkly stones, shimmering freshwater pearls, sterling silver, vintage elements, beautiful lace... and lots of love!
